We’re hiring a Revenue Operations Manager to manage the tools, data, and processes that power our go-to-market motions. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing our revenue technology stack, supporting sales, customer success, channel sales and marketing operations. This role will be an administrator and subject matter expert for our tech stack, inclusive of; Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Clay, Clari, Clari Copilot, Impartner, Outreach, DealHub and LeanData. The ideal candidate will have a background optimizing systems and processes to improve the workflows of go-to-market teams. This person will play a critical role in driving operational excellence and will have the opportunity to grow as we scale the Revenue Operations team at Doppel!

What You Will Do

  • Tech stack ownership - You’ll be part of a lean team responsible for managing integrations, configurations, security, data integrity and automations across the tech stack. You will identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and scalability.
  • Leverage AI - Identify and implement ways to utilize AI within our stack to support system administration and end user experience.
  • User enablement and support - Assist our users with enablement within our tech stack including new hires and change management.
  • Performance analysis & reporting - Create reports/dashboards and assist users with understanding the data. Ensure data integrity and flow to enable accurate sales forecasting and pipeline visibility. Provide regular analysis and insights to stakeholders.
  • Cross‑functional collaboration: work hand‑in‑hand with other departments to support and streamline our go-to-market motions:
    • Marketing to Sales Handoff - Identify, build and maintain processes to ensure proper lead flow, routing and data management for insightful performance tracking.
    • Sales - Partner with the BDR team, account executives, and RVPs to ensure the tech stack supports their needs. Identify, build and maintain processes to ensure accurate and complete tracking of pipeline metrics. Make recommendations for improvements!
    • Channel Sales/Partnerships - Administer our partner portal to ensure a seamless experience for our partners, channel team, and handoff to and between partners and account executives.
    • DealDesk - Support the administration of our CPQ platform. Ensure accurate data flow and implement processes and automation to improve accuracy and efficiency.
    • Customer Success - Support administration of our customer success management platform. Work cross functionally to ensure contract details and product usage data is accurate and available for processes and automation.

What We Are Looking For

  • 3-5+ years in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations at B2B SaaS, with hands‑on Salesforce ownership.
  • Built and maintained Salesforce, CPQ, Partner Relationship Management platforms, and Customer Success Management platforms.
  • Admin‑level experience with system integrations for CRM, enrichment, routing, scheduling, and forecasting tools.
  • Strong data fundamentals: field schema design, picklist governance, dedupe strategy, data normalization, and consent/subscription management.
  • Experience with most of our stack; Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Clay, Clari, Clari Copilot, Impartner, Outreach, DealHub and LeanData.
  • Understanding of funnel metrics and sales forecasting.
  • Experience working with sales, marketing, customer success, and partnerships teams.
  • Experience implementing and utilizing AI within the tech stack to improve processes and automation for system administration as well as end user experience.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Curious and eager to learn new tools, functionality, and try new things.
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills; able to translate GTM strategy into scalable processes.

Bonus: Strong CPQ, API, or webhook experience.
