About the Role
We are seeking for a Partnership Marketing Intern to join Disney Entertainment's Partnership Marketing team, where you will be given an opportunity to be exposed to the media and over-the-top (OTT) industry and learn the ropes of how to work within a dynamic, independent media organisation focused on achieving impact in Southeast Asia (SEA).
This role will provide marketing support to the regional partner marketing team and assist in managing creative development and execution of partner centric initiatives. This role will work on projects for our properties within several beloved Disney brands.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, brand and content teams, to ensure the delivery of compelling and effective creative assets. From project management to communication, you will coordinate activities, gain input from key partners, stakeholders, track milestones and deliverables.
Responsibilities:
- Identifies, plans, and coordinates a set of related projects, to manage their interdependencies in support of specific business strategies.
- Development and adaptation of creative assets for partners, ensuring brand consistency across multiple properties and divisions.
- Ensure timely delivery of promotional materials, key visuals, and assets to partners for integration into their marketing and promotion use.
- Collaborate with partners on marketing activations and promotional campaigns, aligning brand messaging and ensuring seamless execution.
- Assist in market research, competitor benchmarking, and tracking industry trends to inform partner marketing strategies.
- Assist in the execution of regional partner engagement initiatives such as engagement drops, trade marketing events.
- Provide creative support and input for internal marketing collaterals such as EDM, presentation decks.
- Proactively share innovative ideas and creative solutions to deliver best in class creative solution to business partners.
- Oversee and coordinate project timelines for events and activations, ensuring smooth execution by tracking key milestones, liaising with cross-functional teams, and addressing logistical challenges.

- Currently an undergraduate pursuing a bachelor's degree
- Still an undergraduate and not yet graduated during the internship period
- Must be available for full-time internship commitment (Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm) between Mid-December 2026 to June 2027

Requirements:
- Currently an undergraduate pursuing a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create visually engaging decks and assets will be a bonus.
- Strong time management skills juggling multiple projects
