About the Role & Program
Working at ESPN means helping shape how sports fans experience the biggest moments in sports across every platform. From breaking news and live events to studio shows and original storytelling, ESPN reaches millions of fans each day through social media, television, streaming, and digital platforms.
We are looking for interns to join one or more of our exciting teams supporting ESPN Marketing or ESPN Creative Studio! Each role offers unique opportunities to contribute to meaningful work. Candidates may be considered for more than one opportunity based on skills and experience.
The approximate dates for this internship are January – May 2027.
What You Will Do
ESPN Marketing
As an ESPN Marketing Intern, you'll join a team responsible for the planning, execution, and measurement of marketing campaigns. In this role, you'll help coordinate cross-promotions with partners, owning timelines, deliverables, and approvals to meet deadlines.
ESPN Creative Studio
As an ESPN Creative Studio Intern, you'll join a team that produces material to promote a full range of shows, products, and services to fans. In this role, you'll create digital marketing materials, contribute to meetings regarding marketing campaigns and organize design deliverables.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Previous internship or on-campus involvement in marketing with a solid understanding of core marketing principles
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite tools
Willingness and ability to work independently and within a team environment
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the initiative to balance competing assignments and contribute effectively to team projects
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
Familiarity with ESPN brands and content, with an understanding of the sports industry from both fan engagement and business perspectives
Appreciation for emerging technologies and impactful storytelling
Demonstrated interest in the business and creative side of marketing
Education
Senior year preferred
Major or previous coursework in Communications, Marketing, Sports Media or related major preferred
Recruitment Timeline:

Eligibility Requirements & Program Information
Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirements:
Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship
Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants: You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program
Be at least 18 years of age
Possess unrestricted work authorization
Additional Information
Able to have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship
Able to provide own housing and transportation for the duration of the internship program in the New York City area
Fully available from Monday through Friday, 40 hours each week
