Marketing Strategy & Positioning
• Plan and execute overall marketing strategies and positioning for assigned theatrical
• Contribute creative and stand-out marketing ideas tailored to each title and target audience.
• Work with internal stakeholders to drive, manage, and monitor innovative marketing (social/digital, publicity, events activations) and key opinion leader/influencer initiatives that integrate traditional media outreach with digital media, influencer and content creator partnerships and active engagement with fan communities to maximize reach and impact
• Keep track to monitor budget efficiency and resource allocation for the theatrical title, ensuring measurable ROI and disciplined financial management
• Work across Integrated Marketing and cross-functional teams to maximize synergy and impact for the theatrical titles
• Collaborate day-to-day with agencies, optimizing efficiency, creativity, and measurable impact for the theatrical marketing campaigns
• Champion the Disney Difference and Disney’s values, ensuring all campaigns and team practices reflect the highest standards of creativity, integrity, and inclusivity
Media & Campaign Management
• Review and provide feedback on TV, DOOH / OOH and Print media plans developed by the Media team / Media agency to ensure alignment with campaign objectives, title positioning and target audiences.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and agencies to support the execution of TV, DOOH/ OOH and Print media campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and collaborate with the Media team on optimization opportunities throughout the campaign lifecycle.
• Collaborate with the Media team to discuss annual media buying opportunities and cost-efficient approaches across campaigns.
• Work with events, PR and digital agencies to deliver strong marketing campaigns for Studios titles
• Collaborate with exhibitors & partners to maximize the awareness and interest of Studios titles.
Creative Asset Management & Localization
• Manage launch timelines and execution of globally coordinated marketing asset debuts, including trailers, posters and other campaign materials.
• Manage timelines and delivery schedules for Home Office creative assets, including Print and AV materials.
• Prepare, localize and deliver advertising materials across Print and AV formats in partnership with creative agencies.
• Gain Home Office approval for locally developed advertising materials and creative executions.
• Communicate and coordinate Home Office feedback regarding locally developed advertising materials and creative executions.
Research & Consumer Insights
• Coordinate local research initiatives in partnership with the Home Office, including focus groups, tracking studies and exit polls.
• Prepare and localize materials required for research projects.
• Participate in research sessions and support the analysis of key findings and consumer insights.
• Communicate research updates and tracking results to relevant local stakeholders.
• Utilize research findings to support marketing recommendations and campaign decision-making.
