Job Description:

The VP, Growth Operations will serve as a strategic partner and act as a key driver of growth initiatives and a central liaison across executive leadership. This role combines high-level business development responsibilities with operational oversight, ensuring seamless execution of growth strategies, new business pursuits, and cross-functional collaboration.

You Will:

Revenue & Growth Leadership

  • Oversee the team responsible for delivering annual revenue goals for new logo acquisition and organic growth.
  • Monitor and report on progress toward a +25% YOY growth forecast, providing weekly updates to the Executive Leadership Team

Opportunity Evaluation & Pipeline Management

  • Assess inbound opportunities using a structured scorecard and Growth team bandwidth analysis.

  • Maintain a robust pipeline and support strategic prioritization of opportunities.

Pitch & Proposal Management

  • Lead the end-to-end process for high-profile pitches, including coordination with C-suite stakeholders, development of materials, financial modeling, onboarding, and transition planning.

Strategic Partnerships & Cross-Selling Initiatives

  • Work with network C-suite leaders to establish best practices for integrated solutions across media, creative, and CRM.

Executive Operations

  • Ensure timely updates and alignment across leadership.

  • Provide inputs for budget planning, pipeline analysis, and executive reporting.

  • Support preparation for monthly Town Halls and growth-related communications.

Marketing & Thought Leadership

  • Partner with leadership and marketing to develop growth-driven strategies, including outbound campaigns and participation in major industry events (CES, ANA Master of Marketing, Cannes Lions, 4A’s, etc.).

You Have:

  • 8+ years of experience in business development, growth strategy, or client leadership within marketing, media, or consulting environments.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, high-value opportunities and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills; adept at balancing strategic priorities with operational execution.
  • Experience with financial modeling, pipeline management, and performance reporting.

Regardless of your work location, we expect our employees to be flexible to meet the needs of our Company and clients, which may include attendance in an office.

The annual salary range for this position is $113,000-$182,850. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation.
