What you'll do

What you bring
- Bring three to four years of corporate graphic design experience; pursuit design work is a plus
- Show a mandatory portfolio with presentation design, print collateral, marketing materials, and other relevant work
- Demonstrate advanced-to-mastery PowerPoint ability with templates, icons, infographics, custom layouts, and brand guidelines
- Use Adobe Creative Cloud at an advanced-to-mastery level, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat
- Hold graduate or postgraduate education; a BFA, design degree, or graphic design diploma is preferred

CoRe Creative Services is Deloitte's largest global design team. CoRe Creative Services operates globally through six studios: Presentations Studio, Proposals and Bids Studio, Print & Digital Studio, Graphic & Illustration Studio, Videos & Animation Studio, and Asia-Pacific Studio. The mission is to deliver brand consistency, enhance speed-to-market, and drive operational efficiencies through global alignment of creative services professionals, process, and technology. The SEA Delivery Center for CoRe Creative Services provides creative graphic solutions in a variety of mediums. With 180+ designers and coordinators located across three global regions—providing consistent, high-quality, professional creative services, this team has established its reputation with clients throughout Deloitte. CoRe Creative Services provides support on 35+ project types, including but not limited to presentation, proposal, sales sheet, newsletter, annual report, brochure, poster, placemat, advertisement, video, animation, illustration, interactive design, and signage.
As a Proposals & Bids Studio Designer you will be assisting Deloitte’s internal customers with high impact proposals and bids documents and graphic that contribute towards wins in the marketplace for Deloitte. You will be responsible for creating brand compliant, visually appealing design, formatting, production, and delivery of professional-level presentations and documents, requiring excellent MS PowerPoint, MS Word, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator skills. You will be closely working with offshore and onshore customers and collaborate with other designers across geos. Critical to this role is staying current with the latest design trends.
- Effectively interact with customers across geographies; to understand the scope and purpose of their requirements; and provide design solutions using MS PowerPoint, MS Word, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Deliver design solutions that have a high visual impact and stands out in the internal and external market
- Follow directions, manage multiple tasks, work with information/data from multiple sources, meet deadlines, and respond to urgent requests in a positive manner
- Be a team player with a positive attitude and demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills
- Develop subject matter expertise in Deloitte Brand Standards and ability to discuss brand nuances directly with customers
Advanced level design file setup and management - Produce highly creative graphic designs within an internal process-driven system, meeting client expectations for quality and creativity.=
- Operate in a deadline-driven environment and expectations on quality and turnaround time need to be met on all projects.

Requirements :
Years of experience:
- 3 to 4 years of experience in corporate graphic design. Experience of working in a pursuit design environment will be a plus. (Portfolio is mandatory and should include samples of presentation design, print collaterals, marketing materials, and other design pieces that reflect capabilities)
- Education:
Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline. (Desired: Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) / Bachelor of Design or Diploma in Graphic Design)
Required skills:
- Advanced to Mastery level Microsoft PowerPoint skills, including the ability to work with templates and create icons, infographic, and custom layouts, and experience of working within corporate identity/brand guidelines.
- Advanced to Mastery level Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat) skills. Good to have: MS Word skills
- Must possess excellent English verbal and written communication skills and good interpersonal skills with the ability to build credibility and collaborate with Deloitte professionals at all levels.
- Experience of working with customers/stakeholders across Americas/EMEA/APAC will be an added advantage
