We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our London team. This is a six month fixed term contract and will be a hybrid role working 3 days a week from our London HQ. In this role, you’ll help us drive business growth and manage best-in-class strategy, planning, and execution for digital media across key channels.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be joining the Digital Media team. We are a vibrant, data-driven function collaborating closely with creative, data science, and marketing technology teams to deliver innovative campaigns.

Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:

  • Manage end-to-end platform setup, activation, optimisation, and reporting for programmatic video and paid social across brand proposition and tactical campaigns.

  • Respond to briefs in collaboration with internal planning teams, forecasting audience reach and recommending channel strategies to meet commercial goals.

  • Build and manage ad-serving tags, trackers, and CM360 trafficking processes to ensure accurate performance measurement and conversion tracking.

  • Design and run A/B tests and brand lift studies to strengthen channel insights and systematically improve campaign efficiency.

  • Deliver weekly performance updates and post-campaign analysis, translating complex metrics into actionable learnings for key internal and external stakeholders.

What You’ll Need to Thrive

  • Direct expertise activating and optimising media via DV360, Meta, and TikTok within a high-growth consumer-facing or D2C brand.

  • Strong knowledge of the display and video media ecosystem, including hands-on experience with CM360 trafficking and conversion tracking tools.

  • Proven quantitative and analytical skills with demonstrated ability to synthesise complex data into actionable insights and structured reports.

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with a track record of building trust across internal teams, platform representatives, and external agencies.

  • A self-starter mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
