What you'll do

Employee Engagement & HR Programmes
- Support the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives, campaigns and activities
- Support initiatives related to employee experience, culture and engagement
- Help track programme participation and engagement
HR Communications & Content
- Support the drafting of HR communications, including employee announcements, articles, newsletters and campaign materials
- Assist with content planning for internal HR communication channels
- Develop employee stories and features that highlight our people, culture and workplace initiatives in our People Magazine
- Support HR-related content for internal and external channels, including LinkedIn postings
Events & Coordination
- Support the coordination of HR events, employee talks, workshops and engagement activities
- Assist with speaker, partner and vendor research and coordination
- Support event logistics, communications and post-event follow-ups
General HR Support
- Work with HR stakeholders across different teams and regions to coordinate initiatives
- Support the preparation of presentations, reports and communication materials
- Provide project and administrative support for ongoing HR initiatives where required
What We're Looking For
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organised, proactive and comfortable coordinating multiple activities
- Interest in HR, employee engagement, culture and employee experience
- Creative and comfortable contributing ideas for campaigns and activities
- Familiar with Microsoft Suites; Canva, Capcut or any basic design/video editing skills would be an advantage
- Comfortable working with different stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
