Title: Marketing Operations Analyst, Patient Communications

Role Description:
Effective communication is an essential capability to ensure we appropriately engage, clinically manage, and delight patients along their care journey with Oak St. Health. As a value-based care organization, we believe we must be proactive partners to our patients and maintain regular and consistent dialogue to provide the best possible preventative care. We know that simple and coordinated communications are not the norm in healthcare today - especially for seniors on Medicare.
Therefore, Oak St. is seeking a data-driven, detail-oriented Analyst to help execute our patient communication strategy and oversee day-to-day communication operations. This individual will be responsible for designing, building, orchestrating, and continuously improving our patient communications across digital, print, and voice channels; supporting our on-going patient engagement and retention efforts.
This individual will report to the Lead Director of Patient Communications on the Patient Experience team.
This is a remote position with the option for hybrid if based in Chicago, IL.
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Outreach: Support the end-to-end patient communication process by partnering with business owners and communication ops teams to guide communications campaigns through intake, development, and launch.
Continuous Improvement: Analyze current communication workflows to identify bottlenecks, improve delivery rates, and optimize the patient experience.
Asset Management: Assist with design, development, and deployment of assets (emails, SMS, direct mail, forms, etc) in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders.
Operational Execution: Assist with day-to-day configuration and deployment tasks for outbound communication systems, ensuring all messaging aligns with Oak Street Health's operational standards.
Data Analysis: Analyze communication performance metrics, identify trends, and provide recommendations to improve patient experience and operational effectiveness
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with technical, clinical, marketing, and operations teams to support patient experience and communication initiatives.
What we’re looking for:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required.
0–2 years of experience in product operations, healthcare operations, marketing analysis, or a similar data-driven functional field.
A foundational understanding of (or eagerness to learn) workflow automation, communication platforms, or product operations frameworks in the communications space.
Proficient in data analysis tools (Microsoft Excel, Looker, SQL, Alteryx, etc.)
Passionate about improving the patient experience
Strong project management and communication skills

The typical pay range for this role is:
$43,888.00 - $93,574.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
