Hourly base pay rate is $22.02 - $33.08/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. What You’ll Do
You’ll rotate through projects across channels and audiences, guided by mentors who are here to help you learn. You may:
Create content for social, web, email and campaigns — from first draft to published post.
Support social media planning and community engagement, and help track what’s resonating.
Contribute to website projects like refreshing pages, testing UX and updating content for clarity and accuracy.
Conduct audience and industry research
Assist with paid media planning, channel mixes and performance reporting
Pitch in on events and activations before, during and after the big day.
Partner with our design team to craft creative briefs, review initial designs and carry them forward into your live campaigns.
Bring new ideas to the table for B2B, employment brand and corporate brand efforts.
Share progress and updates with both marketing leaders and business partners.

Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s program in marketing, communications, advertising, business or a related field.
