You’ll report to the Head of International Expansion, APAC, and work onsite from our office in Hong Kong with occasional travel.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies (e.g. Go-To-Market) and plans for growing PSA’s presence in APAC region
- Analyze marketing data and present executive-level reports on analytics, insights, and findings to senior leadership
- Manage and own all marketing channels for PSA in APAC region
- Measure, evaluate and report on marketing initiatives
- Maintain, coordinate and execute a marketing calendar including: social media, website updates, events, trade shows, product launches, partnerships, and promotions
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials including website/social media content, brochures, email campaigns, and presentations
- Manage corporate and brand PR, media relations, and social media monitoring/crisis management
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and creative design teams to create cohesive brand messaging and campaigns
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources. Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and ROI
- Supervise and mentor marketing team members or external agencies as required.
- Use every marketing tool available to drive meaningful growth in APAC region
- Work closely with the US Marketing Team to localize global marketing initiatives
- Build key relationships with community partners and likeminded brands
Who You Are:
- 8+ years of experience in the marketing field, preferably 5+ years as a marketing lead with demonstrated success
- Fluent in English. Cantonese/Mandarin is a plus.
- Growth-minded marketer looking to accelerate the territory
- Expertise handling both strategy and execution of marketing programs from start to finish, comfortable with adapting and prioritizing projects in a fast-changing environment
- Proven experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Analytics)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decisions
- Good understanding of China digital marketing ecosystem
- Experience working with global teams across different time zones
- Experience in trade shows
- Experience in influencing and facilitating change collaborating with key stakeholders
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management and presentation skills.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and strong attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus
- Familiar with managing international social media channels like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc and social media and live-streaming channels in APAC
- Knowledge of the trading card space or collectibles space is a plus
- Comfortable multitasking and prioritizing a variety of projects in a fast-paced environment
