About the Role

Join a small, technical team at an early-stage AI company and lead marketing, content, and events. You will make complex ideas about reinforcement learning and AI training clear and compelling, grow interest among technical audiences, and build momentum for more open approaches to AI development.

What You'll Do

  • Own the marketing strategy and content calendar, adapting the approach based on performance.

  • Grow the company's social presence, engagement, and inbound interest across relevant channels.

  • Write founder content that communicates product direction, technical insights, and platform progress.

  • Turn complex product concepts into accurate, accessible stories for technical audiences.

  • Develop consistent positioning and brand voice across marketing channels.

  • Identify relevant conferences, hackathons, and technical communities for event participation.

  • Plan and run events and support the team's presence, including talks.

What We're Looking For

  • Approximately 2 to 7 years of experience in startup marketing, content, or community roles.

  • A track record of growing social accounts or strengthening company brands.

  • A writing portfolio that shows you can understand technical products and explain them clearly and accurately.

  • Experience planning and running events, meetups, or community programs end to end.

  • Background in AI/ML, reinforcement learning, developer tools, or other technical platforms, with an active presence in relevant AI communities.

  • Experience creating technical B2B or developer-facing content, and familiarity with content analytics and growth strategies.

  • Ability to work independently in an early-stage startup environment.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $130,000 to $225,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
