About the Role
Join the marketing team at a consumer fintech wealth planning company and help shape its social media presence and email strategy. You will create and manage campaigns, build audience engagement, and use performance data to improve results.
What You'll Do
Manage social media content and community engagement across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
Coordinate with external agencies, creators, and freelancers to deliver on-brand content on schedule.
Maintain a content calendar that supports campaigns and announcements.
Manage email marketing in HubSpot, including writing and designing newsletters.
Test subject lines, send times, formats, and audience segments to improve campaign performance.
Review performance data, share insights, and adjust social and email strategies accordingly.
Monitor social trends and identify relevant opportunities for the brand.
What We're Looking For
1-2 years of experience in social media, email marketing, or digital marketing, with measurable results.
Hands-on experience managing at least one major social platform, including publishing, community engagement, and performance tracking.
Experience running email campaigns and A/B tests in HubSpot, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or a similar platform.
Strong writing skills and the ability to adapt tone across social posts and email content.
Comfort interpreting engagement, open, click-through, and conversion metrics and turning them into actionable insights.
Experience coordinating external creative partners; familiarity with paid social is a plus.
Fintech, personal finance, or consumer brand experience is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation is $80,000 to $100,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
