About the Role
This is a zero-to-one commercial role at an early-stage healthtech company building AI-powered reimbursement automation for interventional specialties. You will own the full go-to-market motion targeting medical device OEMs, working directly with the founding team to define the ideal customer profile, close the first enterprise accounts, and shape product-market fit.
What You'll Do
Source and develop OEM leads, opening relationships across market access and reimbursement teams.
Run discovery sessions to map OEM workflows and identify where the platform adds the most value.
Build a repeatable sales playbook grounded in a clearly defined ideal customer profile.
Own OEM accounts end-to-end, from first conversation through signed contract and ongoing partnership.
Attend key industry conferences and cultivate community partnerships to expand the company's reach.
Research expansion opportunities across procurement, market access intelligence, and reimbursement infrastructure.
Partner cross-functionally to translate OEM needs into product and commercialization priorities.
What We're Looking For
2 to 7 years of experience working within medical device companies, with preference for those in the 4 to 7 year range.
Direct experience in reimbursement, market access, or health economics outcomes research.
Strong understanding of the OEM ecosystem, including how reimbursement risk shapes commercial and budgeting decisions.
Background in endovascular, cardiovascular, or interventional radiology specialties is strongly preferred.
Cross-functional exposure spanning market access, reimbursement, supply chain, and R&D.
Comfort actively incorporating AI tools into your day-to-day workflow.
Familiarity with the US healthcare system; must be based in the United States.
Willingness to travel to conferences and engage in occasional in-person collaboration.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary range: $130,000 to $200,000 USD annually, plus meaningful equity. Visa sponsorship is not available.
Location
Hybrid, based in New York, NY. Candidates located elsewhere in the United States will also be considered. Some travel is expected for conferences and key in-person meetings.
