About the Role
This is a zero-to-one growth role at an early-stage healthtech company building AI-powered reimbursement automation for interventional specialties. You will own the full go-to-market motion for medical device OEMs, from defining the ideal customer profile to closing the first enterprise accounts, working directly with the founding team to shape revenue and product-market fit.
What You'll Do
Source OEM leads and build relationships across market access and reimbursement teams.
Run discovery sessions to map OEM workflows and identify where the platform adds value.
Develop a clear ideal customer profile and build a repeatable sales playbook from scratch.
Own OEM accounts end-to-end, from first call through signed contract and ongoing expansion.
Attend key industry conferences and develop community partnerships to grow reach.
Research opportunities across procurement, market access intelligence, and reimbursement infrastructure.
Partner cross-functionally to translate OEM needs into product and commercialization priorities.
What We're Looking For
4 to 7 years of experience working in or closely with medical device companies.
Direct experience in reimbursement, market access, or health economics outcomes research.
Strong understanding of the OEM ecosystem, including how reimbursement risk affects commercial and procurement decisions.
Experience in endovascular, cardiovascular, or interventional radiology specialties is strongly preferred.
Cross-functional exposure spanning market access, reimbursement, supply chain, and R&D.
Comfortable actively incorporating AI tools into your daily workflow.
Based in the United States; New York City is ideal but candidates located elsewhere in the US are welcome to apply.
Willingness to travel to conferences and meet with partners in person as needed.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary range: $130,000 to $200,000 USD annually, plus meaningful equity. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
Location
Hybrid, with a primary base in New York City, New York, United States. Some travel to industry conferences is expected.
