From the employer
About the Role
This is a high-trust, early-stage role at a frontier AI infrastructure company building the platform for RL environment creation, training, and evaluation. As Growth Lead, you'll sit at the intersection of recruiting, community, and storytelling — helping shape culture from the ground up and connecting the company with the right people across the AI ecosystem. The role is as much about evangelism as it is operations, and it will evolve with you.
What You'll Do
Tell the company's story and build excitement around its vision through worldbuilding and content.
Find, engage, and build relationships with candidates, AI engineers, researchers, and key ecosystem players.
Define company culture and values, then design candidate screening and new-hire onboarding processes around them.
Own end-to-end recruiting operations, including systems, tooling, and automated workflows in partnership with the Chief of Staff.
Co-host community and industry events and create content alongside the Marketing & Events Lead.
Collaborate with GTM engineers to identify and open pathways to high-priority leads and partners.
What We're Looking For
3–8 years of experience in recruiting, community, GTM, or a related function at an early-stage startup.
Demonstrated ability to own end-to-end recruiting processes and build recruiting operations from scratch.
Proven track record finding and engaging hard-to-reach technical talent or stakeholders in AI/ML communities.
Experience defining organizational culture and building onboarding programs for new hires.
Comfort hosting and representing a company at community and industry events.
Experience collaborating with GTM teams to identify and cultivate high-priority connections.
Strong soft skills: articulate, extravert, and perceptive in reading people and rooms.
Ability to understand and accurately explain complex technical products (e.g., RL environments, AI evaluation pipelines) in simple terms.
Established network within RL research, RL engineering, or the broader AI startup community.
A clear point of view on how great technical companies tell stories, backed by a portfolio of professional writing.
Visa sponsorship is available for this role.
