What you'll do

You'll help recruit specialists and leaders by posting roles, reviewing applications, and arranging interviews
You'll keep applicants informed throughout the hiring process and assist with sourcing through LinkedIn and other channels
You'll create employer-brand content for social media, the careers site, and other communication outlets
You'll support campaigns, career fairs, university events, and upkeep of career platforms
You'll produce presentations, evaluations, and reports for stakeholders in Germany and abroad

What you bring

You are studying business, psychology, social sciences, education, or a comparable subject
You bring an interest in recruiting, employer branding, marketing, or communications, with initial relevant experience preferred
You communicate confidently, enjoy working with people, and combine creativity with an organized, self-directed approach
You can manage competing tasks and use Word, Excel, and PowerPoint comfortably
You have very strong written and spoken German and English

Deine Aufgaben:

Unterstützung des Recruiting-Teams bei der Besetzung von Fach- und Führungspositionen
Erstellung und Veröffentlichung von Stellenanzeigen auf verschiedenen Plattformen
Sichtung und Vorauswahl von Bewerbungsunterlagen
Koordination und Organisation von Interviews
Kommunikation mit Bewerber:innen entlang der gesamten Candidate Journey
Unterstützung im Active Sourcing über LinkedIn und weitere Recruiting-Kanäle
Mitarbeit an Employer Branding Kampagnen für verschiedene Zielgruppen
Entwicklung von Inhalten für Social Media, Karrierewebsite und weitere Kommunikationskanäle
Unterstützung bei der Pflege und Weiterentwicklung unserer Karriereplattformen
Recherche aktueller Trends im Recruiting, Employer Branding und Talentmarkt
Mitarbeit bei Karrieremessen, Hochschulveranstaltungen und weiteren Recruiting-Events
Erstellung von Präsentationen, Analysen und Reportings für nationale und internationale Stakeholder

Das bringst Du mit:

Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Psychologie, Sozialwissenschaften, Pädagogik oder einer vergleichbaren Studienrichtung und idealerweise erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Recruiting & Employer Branding
Interesse an Recruiting, Employer Branding, Marketing oder Kommunikation
Kommunikationsstärke sowie Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und ein sicheres Auftreten
Kreativität kombiniert mit einer strukturierten und eigenverantwortlichen Arbeitsweise
Organisationstalent – auch in dynamischen Phasen
Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
