YOUR IMPACT

Orchestrate strategic co-selling relationships with premier channel partners and distributors across Norway and Denmark to accelerate joint market presence and long-term revenue growth. Lead collaborative business planning sessions with partner executive leadership to align their commercial and technical capabilities with Cisco’s modern software, networking, cloud, and security architectures. Deliver structured sales enablement programs and joint go-to-market initiatives to help partners build sustainable, high-margin managed service practices. Partner cross-functionally with systems engineers, regional commercial sales teams, and Nordics leadership to ensure seamless deal execution and deliver exceptional customer business outcomes.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Currently based and authorized to work in Norway (Lysaker/Oslo area) or Denmark (Copenhagen metropolitan area).
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in business, engineering, or a related technology field.
  • 4+ years of professional sales experience in IT channel account management, partner development, or technology distribution in the Nordics.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas within an indirect or direct commercial technology environment.
  • Fluency in Norwegian or Danish and professional working proficiency in English (verbal and written).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Established working relationships with key Nordics partners.
  • 5+ years of experience driving technology sales across enterprise networking, cybersecurity, cloud, or collaboration.
  • Strong collaborative mindset with a proven ability to build inclusive, long-term relationships across diverse internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience developing joint business plans and managing partner profitability and specialization programs.
  • Familiarity with software subscriptions, SaaS consumption models, and recurring revenue architectures.
