About the Role

As a Partner Account Executive - Collaboration Architecture, you will be responsible for accelerating growth and driving strategic partner engagement across Cisco's market-leading Collaboration portfolio in the Gulf. You will work closely with our top Focus Partners to build dedicated Collaboration practices, expand partner-led pipeline, and accelerate customer adoption of Cisco's cloud, hybrid work, and customer experience solutions.

In this role, you will develop deep domain expertise across the entire Cisco Collaboration architecture-including the Webex Suite, Webex Calling, Webex Contact Centre (CCaaS), Cisco Collaboration Devices, and Webex AI capabilities-while orchestrating joint go-to-market strategies with partner sales teams, Cisco specialist sellers, and regional account leadership.

What You'll Do

• Drive Partner Collaboration Strategy: Own the Collaboration business plan with aligned Focus Partners across the Gulf, setting joint growth targets, pipeline generation initiatives, and capability roadmaps.

• Collaboration Practice Enablement: Coach and support partners in building and scaling profitable Cisco Collaboration practices, driving partner capability in cloud calling, modern meeting room workspaces, and contact centre solutions.

• Pipeline & Deal Acceleration: Actively engage with partner sales teams on high-impact Collaboration opportunities, facilitating competitive displacements and multi-year SaaS/subscription agreements (TCV and ACV).

• Cross-Functional Orchestration: Partner closely with Cisco Collaboration Specialist Sellers, Partner Technical Advocates (PAEs/SEs), and Regional Account Managers to ensure unified execution across joint accounts.

• Drive Lifecycle & SaaS Adoption: Work with partners to build robust customer success and adoption motions for Collaboration subscriptions, ensuring strong renewals and expansion.

• Market & Competitive Intelligence: Deliver sharp positioning and competitive differentiation for Cisco Collaboration against market alternatives (UCaaS, CCaaS, and video endpoints).

Who You Are & Desired Experience

• Collaboration Domain Experience: Demonstrated experience (3+ years) in partner sales, channel management, or solution sales specifically within Collaboration technologies, Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS), Contact Centre (CCaaS), Cloud Calling, or Smart Workspace/Video Devices.

• Partner & Channel Fluency: Strong understanding of channel sales dynamics, partner profitability models, and building joint GTM programmes with systems integrators and service providers in the Gulf region.

• Subscription & SaaS Mindset: Experience selling software subscriptions, recurring revenue models, and cloud-first collaboration architectures.

• Commercial & Execution Acumen: Proven track record of quota attainment, pipeline management, and closing complex multi-architecture collaboration deals.

• Communication & Influencing Skills: Ability to engage and influence partner executive leadership, sales teams, and technical practices with clarity and impact.

• Location & Language: Based in the UAE with strong business fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
