Based in Santiago, our team manages renewable energy projects across Chile, Colombia, and other Growth Markets through development, construction, and operations. Working across engineering, finance, procurement, project controls, construction, and operations, we deliver critical infrastructure in dynamic, high-growth markets.

As a PMO Associate, you will join an international and collaborative team, gaining broad exposure to project management and contributing to the delivery and governance of a diverse renewable energy portfolio.

Role

Reporting to the PMO Manager, the PMO Associate will support project management and governance activities across CIP's renewable energy portfolio in Chile and Latam (ex-Mexico).

You will help manage project transparency, reporting, planning, controls, and stakeholder coordination across projects in development, construction, and operation. This role offers a valuable opportunity to build project management skills within a leading renewable energy investment platform.

Responsibilities will consist of but are not limited to:

  • Support project planning, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and progress tracking.

  • Prepare project reports, presentations, and management updates.

  • Monitor project KPIs, risks, costs, schedules, and commitments.

  • Maintain project documentation, registers, and governance processes.

  • Support contract, procurement, invoice, and change order tracking.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and information flow.

You

The ideal candidate has 2-5 years of relevant experience in project management, project controls, engineering, infrastructure, renewable energy, construction, consulting or similar project-driven environments.

You enjoy working with data, structuring information, solving problems, and supporting decision-making processes. You are comfortable managing several workstreams simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and delivering high-quality outputs.

You have a clear understanding of project management fundamentals and are interested in developing your career within a PMO environment, supporting complex projects throughout their lifecycle.

We look for the following in the candidate:

  • Well-developed abilities in analysing information, staying organized, and solving problems.

  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Interest in renewable energy and infrastructure projects.

  • Solid stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.

  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

  • Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
