From the employer
We're rethinking homes for how people really live, and we're looking for a Growth Specialist (Onsite Experience & Conversion Rate Optimization) to join our CRM team to help shape the future of living—one thoughtful detail at a time.
Success in this role means owning website optimization and personalization across all Castlery markets, through tools like CMS and Dynamic Yield, and enabling local market teams to run their own experiments. You'll own the platform, the personalization strategy, and the enablement that makes local-driven testing possible—working closely with tech, design, and local stakeholders to lift conversion and repeat purchase.
What you'll be doing:
- Enable local market teams to independently design, launch, and manage their own onsite experiments in Dynamic Yield through training, playbooks, and platform access/permissions.
- Set up and maintain testing governance—naming conventions, QA checklist, minimum sample size/duration guardrails—so local-driven tests stay consistent and analyzable across markets.
- Implement and manage Dynamic Yield's platform-suggested experiments globally, analyzing results to make go/no-go and rollout decisions.
- Analyze the customer funnel and develop a personalization strategy based on user needs and behavior, translating it into a phased roadmap coordinated with local markets.
- Define audience segments personalization runs against, using CDP/customer data.
- Coordinate with local market teams on project management, work with designers and developers on implementation, and run discovery sessions to align stakeholders on problems and solutions.
What you need to succeed:
- 3–5+ years in CRO, growth, personalization, ideally in e-commerce/DTC.
- Strong analytical skills with tools such as Google Analytics and PowerBI, and comfort using Claude or similar tools to empower analysis.
- Hands-on experience with an onsite personalization/testing platform (Dynamic Yield or similar), content management system (Storyblok or similar) and working knowledge of a CDP for segmentation (Rudderstack, Segment, or similar).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A self-starter's passion for staying current on industry trends, comfortable in an ever-changing environment.
