COMMUNICATIONS SPECIALIST (PART-TIME 60%)
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Internal Communications & Employee Engagement
Create and publish engaging content across internal communication channels, including the intranet, newsletters, digital signage and Microsoft Teams
Develop and coordination of organizational announcements for local and global audiences
Track communication and engagement metrics, translating insights into initiatives that further improve employee reach and impact
Events & Leadership Communications
Support communication activities for company Townhalls and other employee-focused events
Support leadership communications by developing key messages, announcements and communication materials for internal audience
External Communications Support
Support the creation of external communication materials, including press releases, media content and leadership communications
Contribute to external communication campaigns, media events and communication initiatives that amplify our brand and business priorities across markets
Support identify, and develop company, brand and employee stories that strengthen awareness and engagement with external audiences
Content Creation & Multimedia
Develop creative video content that brings messages, stories and initiatives to life
Ensure all communication materials consistently reflect the company’s tone of voice, values, and visual identity
Translation & Communication Support
Translate, adapt and refine communication materials where required
YOUR PROFILE
Successfully completed university degree or apprenticeship in Communications or a related field
2-4 years experience in internal communications, corporate communications, employee engagement, marketing or a similar communication-focused role
Excellent writing and editing skills, capable of creating clear, engaging and audience-focused content.
Experience in media relations and external communications is an advantage.
Familiarity with digital communication platforms such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, intranet, or newsletter tools is an advantage
A proactive, hands-on and well-organized team player who thrives in a dynamic international environment and can confidently manage multiple priorities
A creative mindset combined with a passion for storytelling, employee engagement, and meaningful communication
Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken; additional language skills are considered a plus
