About Your Program

You’ll be joining the JD Young (JDY) Internship Program, designed to give early-career talent hands-on exposure to real projects, real responsibilities, and real growth. Over 3–6 months, you’ll work alongside experienced teams, build fundamental skills, and gain insights into how a global business operates.

Alongside mentorship and learning experiences your day-to-day role will cover responsibilities such as:

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather campaign requirements and ensure marketing projects are delivered on time.
  • Work closely with designers to brief, review, and manage creative assets for on-site marketing campaigns.
  • Support the day-to-day operations of on-site marketing activities, ensuring content, visuals, and promotional materials are accurate and well executed.
  • Monitor campaign performance and operational metrics, providing insights to support continuous optimisation.
  • As your capabilities develop, take ownership of planning and coordinating smaller marketing campaigns and operational projects.

About You

  • Currently studying towards a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Management, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrates strong analytical thinking and is comfortable working with data to support decision-making.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to execute operational tasks with a high level of accuracy.
  • Eager to learn, take ownership, and grow from operational execution into marketing planning and campaign management.
