What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience supporting and troubleshooting enterprise Linux environments across large-scale customer deployments.
  • Expertise in Linux, AWS Cloud, LDAP, SSSD, PAM, Slurm, LSF, HPC, Root Cause Analysis, Customer Support, Infrastructure Management, Performance Tuning, Identity Management, Monitoring & Observability.
  • Ability to Collaborate with engineering, product, and customer teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve critical production incidents.
  • Experience producing work breakdown structures and migration plans that minimize service disruption.
  • Strong analytical and diagnostic skills for resolving highly complex network/compute issues.
  • Hands-on experience building lab simulations to test architecture designs and troubleshoot compatibility issues.
  • Experience in driving cloud infrastructure initiatives, including deployment, migration, and operational best practices.
  • Experience with incident management, problem management, and continuous service improvement activities.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, presentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Abitlity to document technical solutions, troubleshooting procedures, and best practices for internal and customer use.
  • Demonstrated leadership, creativity, and proactive problem-solving mindset.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3-5+ years of progressive network engineering and architecture experience in enterprise environments.

Qualifications

  • BE/BTech/ME/MS/MTech in Electrical/Electronics
