Bureau is building the infrastructure that makes digital identities and transactions safe and trustworthy for billions of people. The mission is big, the problems are complex, and the impact is real.

If you want predictability or narrow scope, this won't be your place. If you want to shape how a scaling global company operates—keep reading.
What you'll be doing
Plan and execute Bureau's full event calendar - invite-only CXO roundtables, fraud risk summits, webinars, and industry conference appearances. Every event should generate pipeline, content, and community in one shot.
Design event concepts and agendas that position Bureau as the convening voice in the fraud and risk intelligence space - not a generic sponsor or exhibitor.
Own end-to-end event operations: venue sourcing, vendor management, speaker coordination, attendee registration, and on-the-day execution.
Scale the "Fraud Fighters" community - grow membership and engagement among fraud, risk, and compliance professionals to drive brand credibility and pipeline.
Design and run ongoing community activations: roundtable series, exclusive member events, and engagement programs that keep the community active between flagship events.
Work closely with Sales and Product Marketing to convert event attendees into pipeline - define the post-event follow-up sequence, arm Sales with attendee context, and track pipeline attribution within 90 days of each event.
Brief and manage event production agencies, AV vendors, and venue partners to deliver on time, on brand, and on budget.
Turn every event into a content asset - post-event summaries, roundtable recaps, and highlight packages that extend reach beyond the room.
What you'll bring
3–5 years of overall marketing experience, with minimum 2+ years running events and/or community programs end-to-end.
Proven track record of planning and executing B2B events - roundtables, summits, webinars, or conference tracks - with measurable pipeline outcomes.
Strong project management skills: you can run 3–4 events simultaneously, manage vendors, and never miss a deadline.
Experience briefing and managing external event production agencies or AV vendors.
Comfortable working across functions - you know how to pull Sales, PMM, and leadership into an event programme and keep them accountable.
Data-oriented: you define success before an event starts, not after. You know what a good cost-per-qualified-attendee looks like.
Fintech/Enterprise product/brand experience is a strong plus.
