Brunswick is looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our European Marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional who is passionate about delivering high-impact events, creating compelling content and driving integrated marketing initiatives within a fast-paced international professional services environment.
Working closely with colleagues across Europe and the wider Brunswick network, you will play a central role in delivering integrated marketing programmes that strengthen Brunswick's profile across the region, enhance client engagement and support business development priorities. You will coordinate European events, thought leadership initiatives and digital marketing campaigns, while collaborating with colleagues across multiple offices and external partners to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality marketing programmes.
About the Role
As a Marketing Specialist, you will:
- Coordinate the planning and delivery of Brunswick's European events programme, including in-person and virtual events.
- Support the development and promotion of thought leadership, research and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Assist in the execution of the firm's digital marketing strategy, with a focus on social media and content creation.
- Create and adapt content for social media, email marketing and other digital communications.
- Work with internal creative teams to develop marketing collateral and digital assets that reflect Brunswick's global brand.
- Manage relationships with external suppliers and partners to ensure seamless delivery of marketing activities.
- Monitor campaign and event performance, preparing reports and insights to support continuous improvement.
- Provide operational and administrative support to the European Marketing team while managing assigned projects independently.
What We’re Looking For
- 3-5 years' experience in marketing and/or events, ideally within a professional services, consulting, legal, financial or corporate environment.
- Proven experience planning and delivering high-quality corporate events.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and social media platforms, with experience creating and managing professional content.
- Fluent in German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the confidence to build relationships with colleagues, senior stakeholders and external partners across multiple countries and cultures.
- A proactive, collaborative and solutions-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with the marketing automation platform CIJ (Customer Insights Journey) or a similar platform, as well as with social media channels, is an advantage.
