Your mission:
- Mapping and analysis of potential investments;
- Analysis of geographies and target markets;
- Benchmark of companies and competitors;
- Providing financial analysis, analytical modelling and financial support to M&A projects;
- Supporting the management of strategic and organic projects;
- Legal documentation analysis;
- Support for internal and external presentations;
- Internal interaction with other Business Units and Departments, as well as external consultants.
Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
- Post-Bologna master’s degree (completion is mandatory), with Management background, or alternatively Economics or Finance in universities of excellence;
- Advanced use of Excel and PowerPoint;
- Fluency in English is mandatory;
- Strategic thinker; ability to solve complex problems and develop creative solutions;
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
