This person will own the whole function of event management, from strategic conference selection to on-the-ground execution, including collaborating on content creation, leading lead generation for participation, and tracking and analyzing data to identify event impact.

  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to align on event strategy, coordinate on-site logistics, and ensure they are set up for success at each event, while partnering with customer success, leadership, partnerships, and learning sciences to deliver exceptional experiences for customers and prospects that support relationship-building and retention.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team on event communications and promotional strategy, including web page creation and management, invites, lead nurturing emails and automation, list maintenance and segmentation, print collateral and swag, and correspondence with event presenters and participants, while supporting virtual events such as webinars and the MTSS Summit to ensure brand visibility, strong user experience, and effective lead generation.
  • Track and manage leads generated through event participation, maintaining a calendar of sales-hosted and attended events, marketing-hosted events, and thought leadership conferences to consistently evaluate and refine performance across all event types.

Requirements

Why We Want You:

  • Experience planning and executing large-scale education industry conferences and events, with knowledge of the K-12/education industry landscape, including key conferences, trends, and audiences.
  • 4+ years of experience and demonstrated success with planning and promoting B2B events.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage tasks and deadlines across multiple projects at once.
