A growing Christian, mission-driven organization is looking for a creative and hands-on Marketing & Communications Coordinator to help lead its marketing, communications, storytelling, and community engagement efforts.

This is a great opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator, Communications Coordinator, or Digital Marketing Specialist who enjoys wearing multiple hats, connecting with people, and using their skills to support a faith-based mission.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute marketing and communications initiatives that support the organization's mission and goals.
  • Manage social media content, scheduling, engagement, and growth.
  • Create compelling content for social media, email newsletters, website, print materials, and campaigns.
  • Manage email marketing and communications with donors, volunteers, supporters, and community partners.
  • Maintain and update website content while applying basic SEO best practices.
  • Help maintain consistent branding, messaging, and storytelling across communications.
  • Capture and share stories, photos, testimonials, and other content that demonstrate the organization's impact.
  • Support marketing and communications for events, fundraisers, community outreach, and special initiatives.
  • Track basic marketing, social media, website, and email performance.
  • Work closely with leadership and team members to identify and communicate stories and opportunities.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, digital marketing, public relations, or a related field.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Experience with social media, email marketing, content creation, and website management.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Creative, resourceful, and comfortable working independently.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Experience with Canva, WordPress, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, or similar tools is a plus.
  • Nonprofit, ministry, church, or community-focused experience is a plus.
  • A genuine alignment with the organization's Christian faith and mission.

Schedule & Flexibility

  • 25–30 hours per week
