- Lead change management initiatives, including cultural adoption and mindset shift across the region.
- Coordinate and deliver sales training programs, ensuring localization and relevance for country needs.
- Enable front-line teams through tailored training, coaching sessions, and practical tool/application.
- Drive adoption of new Go to Market(GTM) methodologies, tools, and processes by supporting teams through transitions.
- Develop and maintain regional enablement materials, including playbooks, guides, and communication packages.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions and best-practice exchanges across countries and sales teams.
- Monitor enablement effectiveness and collect feedback to continuously improve training formats and content.
- Work closely with functional experts to ensure alignment of training with strategic priorities.
- Support onboarding of new hires with structured enablement journeys and foundational training.
- Strong experience in sales enablement, change management, and commercial capability building.
- Proven ability to deliver and localize training for diverse audiences across countries.
- Solid understanding of sales & marketing methodologies, tools, and commercial processes.
- Skilled in creating structured enablement materials, playbooks, and communication assets.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills across regional and local teams.
