Main responsibilities
- Translate global CRM, Paid Media and SEA strategies into actionable Hub and country-level execution plans aligned with business objectives.
- Support the Head of Hub Marketing in steering CRM, Paid Media and SEA initiatives across the Hub to drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention and conversion.
- Coordinate with Global, Hub and local marketing teams to ensure consistent implementation of digital marketing standards, tools, KPIs and best practices.
- Support the planning and management of CRM, Paid Media and SEA budgets in line with Hub priorities and country business objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement through campaign performance analysis, optimisation and the sharing of best practices across the Hub.
Key Activities :
- Coordinate the execution of CRM, Paid Media and SEA campaigns across Hub countries, ensuring alignment with Hub priorities and global frameworks.
- Support campaign planning, media budget allocation and performance optimisation to maximise business growth and marketing effectiveness.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reporting on key digital marketing KPIs, providing insights and recommendations to the Head of Hub Marketing and local teams.
- Collaborate with Global, Hub and local stakeholders to implement digital marketing tools, campaign tracking, attribution and reporting solutions.
- Analyse campaign performance and customer behaviour to identify optimisation opportunities and improve acquisition, engagement and conversion.
- Support testing, innovation and continuous improvement initiatives to improve CRM and digital marketing effectiveness across the Hub.
- Relevant University degree (Bachelor, Master) – Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- Experience in CRM, Paid Media and Search Engine Advertising (SEA) or digital marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance and customer insights.
- Experience managing digital marketing budgets and optimising campaign performance.
- Experience working in multicultural and cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and project coordination skills.
- Entrepreneurial thinking, result-oriented, and comfortable making decisions in a dynamic environment.
