What You Will Do:

Build customer lifecycle programs

  • Develop targeted programs across onboarding, adoption, engagement, retention, expansion, and advocacy.

  • Create campaigns and communications that help customers understand and realize product value and feature adoption

  • Partner with Customer Success and Sales to align marketing touchpoints with customer milestones, renewal moments, and expansion opportunities.

Support adoption and engagement

  • Partner with Product Marketing and Product Management on launches, feature releases, customer education, and adoption campaigns.

  • Develop customer-facing content, office hours, newsletters and nurture programs

  • Segment engagement strategies based on audience needs, product usage, customer maturity, business priorities, and available data.

Elevate customer advocacy

  • Support advocacy programs including testimonials, case studies, peer reviews, customer stories, speakers, and event participation.

  • Identify customers who can contribute to webinars, conferences, advisory boards, roundtables, communities, and sales enablement.

Measure impact and improve programs

  • Use customer insights, feedback, usage signals, QBR themes, and campaign performance data to inform priorities.

  • Track performance across adoption, engagement, advocacy, retention influence, expansion engagement, and customer value.

Manage cross-functional execution

  • Serve as a connector across Customer Success, Product, Product Marketing, Sales, Events, Demand Generation, Commercial Strategy, and Data.

  • Build project plans, timelines, campaign briefs, stakeholder updates, and operating rhythms that keep programs moving forward.

You need to have:

  • 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in SaaS, subscription, technology, data, information services, professional services, or complex B2B environments.

  • 5 Years of People Leadership

  • Experience in customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, product marketing, customer engagement, retention marketing, or customer success marketing.

  • Proven ability to manage integrated programs, cross-functional stakeholders, timelines, and measurable outcomes.

  • Excellent communication, writing, storytelling, and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting retention, renewal, expansion, advocacy, customer education, or voice-of-customer programs.

  • Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, customer engagement platforms, webinar/event tools, reporting dashboards, or customer health data.

  • Ability to translate customer feedback, usage insights, and business priorities into actionable marketing campaigns.

Compensation Range:

$140,000.00-$170,000.00

Placement in the salary range will be decided upon completion of the interview process. Salary determination will be determined based on factors including but not limited to relevant experience, demonstrated skills related to the requirements of the role, education, certifications, and geographic location.
