Position Summary
Senior Sales Engineer serves as the strategic bridge between customers, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering. This role is responsible for driving successful technical adoption, solution design, implementation guidance, and ongoing optimization of products and services. The Technical Solutions Manager combines strong technical expertise with customer-facing consulting skills to deliver business outcomes, resolve complex challenges, and build trusted customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical advisor for assigned customers throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Understand customer business objectives, technical environments, and integration requirements.
- Design and recommend scalable solutions that align with customer needs and best practices.
- Lead technical discovery sessions, architecture reviews, and solution workshops.
- Support implementation, onboarding, and adoption initiatives to ensure successful outcomes.
- Provide subject-matter expertise on products, integrations, APIs, security, and system architecture.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and coordinate resolution across internal teams.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and actionable plans.
- Identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and increased product utilization.
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in Technical Account Management, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Professional Services, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies, APIs, integrations, and enterprise software architectures.
- Experience managing customer-facing technical projects and stakeholder relationships.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.

Compensation Hiring Base Salary Range:
$147,200.00 - $193,200.00
