About the Role:
- We are looking for a proactive and commercially minded Growth Marketing Specialist to join our growing marketing team.
- In this role, you will identify, develop and execute cross-functional initiatives that support customer acquisition, engagement and revenue growth. Your work will include turning product features, promotions and business opportunities into integrated marketing campaigns.
- You will collaborate closely with User Acquisition, Brand, Product, Design, CRM, Content and Compliance teams to move initiatives from an initial idea through planning, execution, launch and performance review.
- The ideal candidate combines strong marketing judgement with excellent organization and a hands-on approach. You should be comfortable taking ownership of initiatives that do not sit clearly within one existing team, coordinating multiple stakeholders and ensuring that work is delivered to a high standard and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new marketing and growth opportunities that can contribute to acquisition, engagement and revenue.
- Turn product features, promotions and launches into clear, well-structured marketing campaigns.
- Build campaign briefs that define the objective, audience, key message, deliverables, owners, timelines and expected business impact.
- Coordinate execution across User Acquisition, Brand, Product, Design, CRM, Content, Compliance and other relevant teams.
- Own the execution process for cross-functional growth initiatives, including ensuring Jira tasks are clearly described, assigned, followed up on and completed on time.
- Support the planning and delivery of initiatives such as giveaways, Bingo, charity campaigns and other product-led activations.
- Take ownership of additional ad-hoc marketing opportunities that currently lack a dedicated owner.
- Build simple business cases and recommendations for new initiatives based on expected impact, effort and available data.
- Track campaign performance and identify which initiatives should be improved, repeated, expanded or stopped.
- Keep stakeholders informed about progress, dependencies, risks, decisions and results.
- Contribute ideas that improve our campaigns, products, customer experience and internal marketing processes.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, campaign management, product marketing or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and how different channels and teams contribute to customer acquisition and engagement.
- Ability to turn product features, promotions and business objectives into clear marketing campaigns.
- Strong organizational and project execution skills, with the ability to manage several initiatives and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Experience creating briefs, defining deliverables and coordinating work across multiple teams.
- Commercial mindset and the ability to connect marketing activity with measurable business outcomes.
- Good analytical skills and confidence working with campaign data and performance metrics.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of ownership, attention to detail and reliability.
- Ability to work independently, identify what needs to be done and move initiatives forward without constant direction.
- Ability to adapt quickly and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
Nice to Have:
- Experience working in gaming, iGaming, fintech, e-commerce, mobile entertainment or another fast-moving digital business.
- Experience supporting customer acquisition, CRM, referral, affiliate, SEO or product-led marketing initiatives.
- Familiarity with Jira, Asana, Monday.com or similar project-management tools.
- Experience working with User Acquisition, Product, Design, CRM, Brand, Content and Compliance teams.
- Experience building simple business cases or evaluating the commercial potential of marketing initiatives.
- Familiarity with A/B testing, conversion optimization or campaign performance analysis.
- Experience coordinating integrated campaigns across several marketing channels.
