As a Marketing Compliance Analyst you will assist establishing the North American Compliance function.

As a member of the Brand Team you will ensure the company is adhering to regulations for the gaming industry as expansion continues. Your work will support building the foundation of this function and will guide our other Marketing teams to ensure compliance for our customer facing materials.

This role is eligible for inclusion in the Company’s hybrid working from home policy.

The salary for this role is $60,000-$75,000 annually.

  • Previous experience in an administrative role or in project management.
  • High level of detail orientation and strong organizational skills.
  • Previous experience with building and managing processes for large teams is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for consulting with internal teams, external agencies, and regulators.
  • Adding all advertising materials made by internal or external creative teams to the North America Asset Library.
  • Tracking and monitoring advertising flight dates in the North America Asset Library.
  • Periodically exporting and organizing all advertising materials into the team drive.
  • Assisting in the process of submitting assets for approval prior to marketing campaigns going live.
  • Ensuring all assets have been through the necessary compliance procedures prior to going live.
  • Consulting with internal teams to provide feedback and direction from regulators.
  • Maintaining records of the most up to date disclaimers for offers and Responsible Gaming.
  • Monitoring competitor disclaimers for opportunities to adjust bet365 disclaimers.
  • Assisting in the review of marketing assets in feedback sessions through a compliance lens.
  • Assisting in consulting with the external creative agency to offer guidance on creative through a compliance lens.
  • Gathering requested information and assets to fulfill audits requested by regulators.
  • Leading internal audit processes to check for correct disclaimers and identify areas that require updates to remain compliant with any regulations/regulation updates.
  • Continuing to build and refine all internal compliance processes prioritizing strong record keeping and efficiency.
  • Documenting all compliance procedures and communications from regulators.
  • Helping maintain marketing guides for each state/province.
