Job Purpose

Join Artisia by Barilla and experience the excitement of working in a dynamic, startup-like environment while contributing to a premium brand with real-world impact. As a Marketing, Digital & E-Commerce Intern, you will work on a hands-on project aimed at optimizing digital campaigns, email marketing and customer engagement, while also supporting the broader Artisia Team. This internship offers an exceptional opportunity to learn from experienced professionals, develop practical skills and contribute to meaningful initiatives that shape the brand’s presence both online and offline.
You will take ownership of a project focused on improving Artisia’s digital campaigns and customer interactions across:

  • Social media & PR campaigns: Analyze performance, suggest optimizations and contribute to content creation.
  • Email Marketing (DEM): Monitor engagement metrics, support segmentation and content optimization.
  • Blog & Content Marketing: Contribute to the development of engaging blog posts and articles, aligned with brand messaging and SEO best practices, to support digital campaigns and drive customer engagement.
  • Customer Care & Feedback: Collect and analyze feedback from social channels, website and other touchpoints, proposing actionable improvements.
  • Marketing Presentations & Internal Communication: Assist in preparing presentations and creating materials to support internal communication and updates on marketing initiatives.


Key Activities

  • Analyze performance of social media and PR campaigns (reach, engagement, conversion) and identify optimization opportunities.
    Support the creation of digital content for social channels and PR initiatives, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Monitor and analyze email marketing campaigns (DEM), including open rates, CTRs and engagement metrics and propose improvements.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback from social channels, emails and other touchpoints to identify trends, suggesting enhancements for communication and engagement.
  • Prepare reports with actionable insights and recommendations for campaign optimization and improved customer experience.
  • Provide support to the team through daily activities, campaigns and projects, bringing an open-minded, proactive approach and a startup-like vision to problem-solving.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field (completed or in progress).

  • Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proactive, curious and eager to learn, with a strong sense of responsibility and interest in Digital Marketing and E-commerce.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build collaborative relationships and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous experience or academic projects in Digital Marketing, E-commerce or Communication are a plus.
