  • Build early-stage relationships with operational, procurement and senior leadership stakeholders to understand emerging missions and shape opportunities.
  • Identify and develop strategic partnerships with system integrators, primes, distributors and other partners that enable market entry and regional expansion.
  • Identify and develop third-party technology, data and analytics partnerships where complementary capabilities or integrations strengthen customer value and GXP’s market position.
  • Partner with Account Management, Customer Success, Product Management, Marketing, Sales Engineering and other BAE Systems businesses to turn market insight into opportunities, regional messaging and customer outcomes.
  • Represent GXP and speak at customer forums, industry events and conferences across the region.

  • Experience developing regional market assessments, multi-year growth plans and investment recommendations for senior leadership.
