About the role We’re looking for an Account Director to join our Client Service team, bringing expertise in medical communications and strategic account leadership. This is a highly commercial role where you’ll take ownership of key accounts, building strong client relationships and driving strategic value. You’ll lead and inspire your team to deliver exceptional work that meets budget, timelines, and client expectations, while identifying opportunities for growth and innovation. You’ll partner with multiple US clients on a variety of commercial/marketing and medical affairs projects, ensuring strategic alignment and excellence in delivery.

  • Strong client services experience achieved within a medical communications or healthcare advertising agency.
  • Experience working on medical affairs and commercial deliverables is essential.
