The Sales Manager, Channel Acquisition & Growth is responsible for leading a team of sales professionals focused on acquiring new channel partners, growing partner-led revenue, and driving sales performance across the AT&T indirect channel. This leader owns quota attainment, partner-generated pipeline, revenue growth, and sales execution while developing a high-performing team focused on delivering new customer acquisition and market expansion.

The ideal candidate is a proven sales leader with a track record of exceeding revenue targets, coaching successful sales teams, and driving growth through indirect sales channels. This role requires strong leadership, sales acumen, forecasting discipline, and the ability to influence partners and internal stakeholders to accelerate business results.

What you’ll do

Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and develop sales team to achieve financial and sales targets.
  • Sales Strategy and Execution: Formulate and implement high-level sales strategies and execute senior leadership’s strategic direction.
  • Performance and Problem Solving: Monitor performance, analyze complex data, and resolve issues to meet objectives.
  • Multi-functional and Geographic Management: Oversee sales, service, and technical teams within a defined geographic region.
  • Operational Oversight and Compliance: Ensure effective operations, set and attain budgets, schedules, and performance standards.

What you’ll need

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired.
  • 8+ years of related sales experience.
