Marketing Specialist – Wesko Locks

At Wesko Locks, our mission is to be the customer-centric leader of value based-locking solutions in North America. Our Mississauga-based team works together to create products and services that add everyday simplicity and convenience to people's lives.

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to support the development and execution of marketing programs, communications, and brand assets that drive our business forward. The person in this role will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accurate, consistent messaging and a strong market presence.

This position reports to the General Manager and is based on-site in Mississauga, Ontario.

What will you be doing

  • Develop and maintain Wesko’s website and social media presence in alignment with corporate standards
  • Create and maintain core marketing materials including brochures, presentations, templates, and other brand assets
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
  • Support product launches and promotional activities aligned with business priorities
  • Translate technical product information into clear, customer-facing messaging
  • Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all materials and platforms
  • Collaborate with sales, technical teams, and external vendors
  • Analyze market trends and report on marketing performance
  • Support trade shows, customer events, and industry activities
  • Maintain knowledge of Wesko products and markets
  • Perform additional duties as required

What are we looking for

  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing or communications (B2B/manufacturing an asset)
  • Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)
  • Experience managing website/content
  • Familiarity with email platforms, analytics tools, CRM systems is an asset
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Additional Requirements

  • Legally eligible to work in Canada
  • Occasional travel (5–10%) may be required

Compensation
