Role Overview

As Field Marketing Manager, North America, you will be responsible for driving revenue through strategic field marketing programs and high-impact event execution. You’ll partner closely with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver targeted campaigns, elevate Arkestro’s brand, and expand our presence across the procurement and supply chain ecosystem.

This role requires a strong mix of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, creativity, confidence, and operational rigor, along with a modern, tech-forward approach to marketing.

Core Responsibilities

Strategic Partnership & Program Development

  • Partner with Corporate Marketing and Executive Leaders to design and execute targeted marketing programs that drive pipeline and revenue
  • Research emerging trends in procurement, AI, and multi-channel campaign management to strengthen Arkestro's market position
  • Identify and evaluate sponsorship opportunities to maximize brand visibility and strategic impact
  • Collaborate with Corporate Marketing to ensure alignment in messaging, positioning, and campaign execution
  • Confidently share ideas, insights, and field learnings; bring a strong point of view and contribute best practices across the marketing organization
  • Leverage AI and modern marketing tools to improve targeting, personalization, and campaign performance

Event & Project Management

  • Own end-to-end execution of events (tradeshows, leadership forums, partner and community events), from planning through post-event reporting, delivering a full calendar of programs on time and on budget with each event tied to a specific pipeline or revenue target
  • Develop and maintain detailed event briefs outlining goals, deliverables, and cross-functional responsibilities, building a documented, repeatable event playbook (briefs, timelines, vendor/swag sourcing) that other team members can execute against
  • Lead weekly alignment meetings with internal stakeholders to ensure execution stays on track
  • Manage all timelines, deliverables, and logistics associated with each event
  • Manage event swag strategy, sourcing, and distribution to ensure brand consistency and engagement
  • Deliver post-event reporting including performance metrics, financial reconciliation, and insights

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams (sales, marketing, finance) and external vendors
  • Build and manage relationships with industry organizations and communities to expand Arkestro's presence
  • Coordinate travel logistics, including hotel room blocks and attendee registration

Budget & Operations

  • Own and manage budget planning, allocation, and tracking across multiple programs and currencies
  • Negotiate sponsorship packages and vendor contracts, consistently landing at or below budget while meeting brand and quality standards
  • Complete internal documentation, including purchase requests and ROI analysis
  • Manage lead capture, data integrity, and campaign tracking within CRM and marketing automation systems (HubSpot and Salesforce required), ensuring accurate lead counts and cost-per-lead/ROI figures
  • Provide regular updates to marketing leadership on program performance, field insights, and impact - directly informing future campaign strategy

Experience & Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or program management (preferably in B2B tech)
  • Proven success managing large-scale tradeshows and multi-channel marketing programs
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience managing and owning a budget, including multi-currency environments
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot and Salesforce (required)
  • High attention to detail and commitment to meeting deadlines
