What we're looking for:
We are looking for a Senior Internal & Executive Communications Specialist to join the Global Marketing team. As the communications center of excellence for Global Marketing, this role serves as a strategic communications partner to the Chief Marketing Officer, Global Marketing Leadership Team (MLT), and key business leaders.
The Senior Internal & Executive Communications Specialist will help connect business strategy, leadership priorities, employee engagement, affiliate alignment, and executive thought leadership through clear, compelling, and consistent communications. This individual will translate complex business objectives into meaningful narratives that drive alignment, engagement, understanding, and organizational impact across global and affiliate teams. No regular travel is expected for this role.
Required Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, English, or a related field
- At least 6 years of experience in Communications role where you were responsible for developing and implementing multi-channel communication plans
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a strong command of tone and voice
- Proven ability to translate business strategy and complex information into clear, compelling messaging for a variety of internal audiences
- Experience managing complex projects and building strong, trust-based relationships with partners and leaders across different functions
- Demonstrated skill with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, One Note, Asset Management, Adobe Acrobat Pro, and AI Platforms
