About the Role:
The Marketing team promotes, strengthens, advocates for, and protects the Ameriprise brand, business interests, reputation, and local communities. We help advisors build their practices by providing programs and communications that help them acquire, retain, and deepen relationships with clients.

As part of the Marketing team, you will be exposed to a broad range of marketing initiatives, along with the chance to gain direct experience in one or more of the following areas:
Consumer marketing, insights, and market segmentation
Social media marketing
Client acquisition
Advisor marketing support programs
Marketing strategy and analytics
Required Qualifications:
Current Junior at a 4-year university pursuing a bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
Graduation date of December 2027 or May/June 2028
Preferred Qualifications:
High degree of self-motivation with strong integrity and ethics
Proven organization skills and ability to manage time effectively
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Ability to work and communicate collaboratively and constructively with others
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Working knowledge of AI productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) and their application to improve efficiency and support marketing initiatives

In-Office Collaboration
We are a client-centric, relationship-based business. Working together, in-person, is foundational to how we achieve results. Our employees work in the office at least four (4) days per week, with flexibility to work from home one (1) day per week. Some roles may require additional in-office time or different in-office expectations, and specific requirements will be discussed during the hiring process
Base Pay Salary
The estimated base salary for this role is $27/hourly. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role.Full-Time/Part-Time
