Essential Duties & Responsibilities
● Configure and customize Alkami software products by applying implementation requirements and customer-specific settings to support testing, training, and launch readiness activities
● Coordinate implementation activities with customers, third-party vendors, and internal teams by managing configuration tasks, issue tracking, structured vendor communications, and project-related communications throughout implementation engagements
● Support customer onboarding, live-client implementation activities, and user acceptance testing activities by guiding customers through testing processes, validating configurations, and ensuring alignment with project milestones and operational readiness requirements
● Perform functional and integration testing by executing test scenarios, validating expected system behavior, and documenting testing outcomes and identifying issues that require follow-up or escalation
● Troubleshoot configuration and usability issues by analyzing implementation challenges, resolving routine technical problems, and escalating complex issues to appropriate technical resources when necessary
● Collect and validate configuration data from customers and third-party vendors by ensuring required implementation information is complete, accurate, and aligned with project specifications
● Participate in customer and vendor meetings by providing implementation updates, communicating issue resolution progress, and supporting stakeholder alignment throughout project execution
● Track implementation progress by monitoring configuration activities, testing milestones, issue resolution efforts, and project dependencies and escalating risks when necessary
● Maintain project-related implementation documentation by recording configuration details, testing outcomes, issue logs, customer and vendor communications, and process updates throughout the implementation lifecycle
● Support project billing activities by accurately tracking implementation-related add-on sales, documenting billable activities, and coordinating invoicing information as required
● Develop product expertise by maintaining knowledge of assigned Alkami Treasury Management products, including ACH and positive pay, integrations, implementation procedures, and platform enhancements to support customer onboarding, issue resolution, and functional ownership expectations
● Collaborate with internal implementation, support, and product teams by communicating customer feedback, implementation challenges, and operational improvement opportunities
● Manage multiple implementation priorities by balancing customer requests, testing activities, issue resolution efforts, and project deadlines across concurrent engagements
● Apply implementation standards and operational procedures by following established workflows, quality expectations, and customer service practices throughout implementation delivery
● Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying recurring implementation challenges and recommending process, workflow, or documentation enhancements that improve implementation efficiency and customer experience
● Support designated product or functional ownership areas by maintaining working knowledge of implementation processes, identifying recurring issues, and contributing feedback that improves delivery consistency for customers and internal teams.
Recommended Experience & Education
Minimum Years of Experience
1–3 years of experience supporting software implementations, customer onboarding initiatives, configuration management, testing activities, or technical support operations within SaaS, fintech, banking technology, or related environments.
Education Level Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Information Technology, Communications, or a related field.
Knowledge, Skills, & Qualifications
Required
● Experience supporting software implementations, customer onboarding activities, or technical configuration tasks
● Strong organizational and project coordination skills with attention to detail
● Ability to troubleshoot routine configuration and usability issues effectively
● Strong written and verbal communication skills with customer-facing experience
● Experience collaborating with customers, vendors, and cross-functional internal teams
● Ability to manage multiple priorities and implementation timelines simultaneously
● Experience performing functional or integration testing activities and documenting outcomes
● Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project, ticket, testing, or documentation tools used to manage implementation workflows and team collaboration
Preferred
● Experience supporting fintech, SaaS, or digital banking implementation projects, particularly within Treasury Management
● Familiarity with user acceptance testing, software deployment, or onboarding methodologies
● Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, or similar issue tracking and collaboration platforms
● Experience supporting billing coordination or project-related invoicing activities
● Exposure to APIs, integrations, or technical implementation concepts
● Experience contributing to process improvement or operational efficiency initiatives
