What you'll do
We're looking for a strategic, technically fluent, and hands-on marketing leader to own the future of AI innovation across the Global Growth Marketing organization. As the Senior Manager, Growth Marketing, Global Futures, you will define and operationalize the AI strategy and technology roadmap that powers the next generation of marketing performance. You'll lead the centralized evaluation, rollout, and enablement of AI and automation technologies across Performance Marketing, Creative, and Analytics, embedding intelligence and efficiency into every stage of the marketing lifecycle. You will partner closely with Engineering, IT, Legal, and cross-functional marketing teams to translate emerging technologies into measurable operational and revenue outcomes at global scale.
This role is based in San Francisco.
Responsibilities:
Design and deploy agent-based workflows that can: analyze campaign performance (paid + SEO + Creative), generate insights and hypotheses, recommend and execute optimizations
Create systems that continuously learn and improve from performance data
Develop multi-step autonomous workflows (e.g., detect → diagnose → recommend → act)
Build pipelines that automatically: Surface performance anomalies (CPA spikes, CTR drops, keyword decay), Identify growth opportunities (new keyword clusters, audience expansion)
Automate reporting and insight generation across: Google Ads, Meta, SEO platforms
Replace static dashboards with dynamic, queryable AI-driven insights
Redesign core growth workflows to be: Faster (hours → minutes), less manual (reduce analyst dependency)
Build tools that enable: Rapid campaign iteration, faster testing cycles (creative, keyword, landing pages)
Eliminate bottlenecks in execution and analysis
Connect data sources (ad platforms, analytics, CRM, SEO tools)
Work with engineering to: Build scalable data pipelines, enable real-time or near-real-time decisioning
Implement LLM-based systems for: Insight generation, natural language querying of performance data
Partner with Growth, Product, and Marketing leadership to: Identify highest-leverage automation opportunities, prioritize use cases with measurable ROI
Define success metrics (incremental lift, efficiency gains, cycle time reduction)
Serve as the internal evangelist for AI and automation, fostering a culture of experimentation, technical curiosity, and operational excellence. Educate and enable marketing partners on AI best practices, tools, and testing frameworks.
Collaborate with Data Science, MarTech, and Analytics teams to align AI integrations with the broader analytics infrastructure and ensure data integrity across platforms.
Who you are
We're looking for people who meet the minimum requirements for this role. The preferred qualifications are great to have, but are not mandatory.
Minimum qualifications:
10+ years of experience in Performance Marketing, Marketing Operations, or CRO, ideally in B2B SaaS or fintech. Demonstrated success building or leading AI enablement programs within marketing organizations.
Deep understanding of marketing infrastructure, tracking, and data pipelines, with proven ability to translate emerging technologies into measurable operational or revenue outcomes.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and program governance skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive adoption without direct authority.
Hands-on experience with AI and automation platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Firefly, Runway, Midjourney, Mutiny, Dynamic Yield, Jasper, Descript, Synthesia, Adobe Sensei) and familiarity with CRM and marketing automation systems (Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot).
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or Business Analytics.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience managing global evaluation and rollout of martech or AI systems across multiple regions and teams.
Familiarity with data privacy, security, and AI governance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), including responsible AI use and compliance considerations.
Advanced understanding of creative automation, dynamic content testing, and prompt engineering or agentic AI workflows.
Ability to synthesize technical, operational, and strategic perspectives into clear direction, and comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous, high-growth environments. Experience successfully proposing new solutions across a landscape of diverse decision makers with determination.
