Job Summary

Develop sales and profitability for a portfolio of accounts. The Account Executive plays a key role in identifying customer needs, negotiating contracts, and fostering long-term client relationships to support enterprise growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and support customer needs by conducting thorough needs assessments with clients to gain insights into their specific requirements and objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver customized solutions that align with client needs and meet enterprise objectives.
  • Conduct contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms and conditions that support long-term partnerships.
  • Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to increase revenue and market share.
  • Oversee account as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and promptly addressing inquiries and concerns.
