- Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, CRM, marketing automation tools, SAP, Excel and Word

Principales responsabilidades
Liderar la estrategia comercial y de comunicación para Mercado Libre y otros canales digitales.
Gestionar y desarrollar el negocio online a través de marketplaces, e-commerce y nuevas plataformas digitales.
Administrar agencias digitales, asegurando el cumplimiento de KPI, campañas y objetivos definidos.
Definir estrategias de precios, promociones, surtido y portafolio para maximizar la competitividad y rentabilidad.
Analizar métricas de desempeño, identificando oportunidades de mejora en tráfico, conversión y ventas.
Impulsar nuevas oportunidades de negocio y fortalecer la presencia digital de la compañía.
Trabajar en conjunto con equipos comerciales, marketing y áreas regionales para desarrollar iniciativas de crecimiento.
Requisitos
Formación: Ingeniería en Marketing, Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Comercial o carrera afín.
Deseable especialización o certificaciones en Marketing Digital, E-commerce o Transformación Digital.
Experiencia en Marketing Digital, e-commerce o gestión de Marketplaces.
Experiencia administrando Mercado Libre u otras plataformas marketplace.
Experiencia en gestión de agencias digitales y seguimiento de KPI.
Deseable experiencia en entornos regionales o multinacionales.
Google Analytics, Google Ads y Meta Ads.
CRM y herramientas de automatización de marketing.
SAP (usuario).
Microsoft Excel y Word.
