What you'll do

What you bring
- You are a third- or fourth-year undergraduate, or a recent graduate, in a listed design, marketing, IT, multimedia or UX/UI field
- You understand basic UI/UX concepts such as layout, spacing, visual hierarchy and user flow
- You have basic familiarity with design software; Figma is preferred, while Photoshop or Illustrator is a plus
- You bring a strong eye for visual detail and take responsibility for your work

Learning Outcomes
- Observe, research and consolidate customer insights from various touch points and behaviors, footprints on digital & relevant channels
- How to plan for a communication tactics from planning, content & visual design, distribution, monitoring and reporting
- How to execute marketing support process including procurement, billing and settlement
- How to deliver a meaningful marketing report of top & middle funnel for digital channels
Description
- Execute delegated daily tasks delegated by Digital Marketing and Direct Sales team leaders, including marketing execution tasks e.g. design, content creation, content uploading on website, social and other direct communication channels
- Learn and extract reports from multiple sources of marketing traffic data in order to deep dive for marketing findings and insights, applicable for Digital Marketing & Direct Sales team to take further actions to optimize daily performance
- Learn and handle relevant paperwork and procedures related to digital marketing, billing checking and settlement with 3rd party vendor
- Learn and conduct mini planning exercises for communication placement and distributions based on the requests and advices from Digital Marketing and Direct Sales team
Qualifications
- Undergraduate students (Year 3–4) or fresh graduates in: Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, IT, Multimedia, UX/UI or related fields
- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles (layout, spacing, visual hierarchy, user flow)
- Basic experience with design tools: Figma (preferred), Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator is a plus
- Good aesthetic sense and attention to detail
- Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn
- No prior full-time working experience required
