The Program Manager, Recruitment Marketing – Talent Community & CRM, is responsible for building and executing Advocate Health’s enterprise candidate nurturing strategy to support workforce priorities, talent pipeline development, and recruiting outcomes. This role develops targeted engagement programs that grow talent communities, strengthen candidate relationships, support employer brand storytelling, and improve candidate movement from initial interest through hire.
Serving as the strategic lead for Advocate Health’s talent community strategy, this position will partner closely with the Employer Brand team to bring our brand to life through personalized candidate journeys, while collaborating with the Innovation & Experience team to maximize the capabilities of our CRM platform and supporting technologies. Together, these partnerships will create a seamless, data-driven experience across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Talent Attraction
- Develop and lead Advocate Health’s talent community strategy aligned to workforce priorities.
- Design personalized candidate journeys across key talent segments including physicians, APP’s, nursing, allied health, executives, early careers and hard-to-fill specialties.
- Build scalable programs that increase candidate engagement, improve conversion, and strengthen long-term talent pipelines.
- Establish governance, standards and best practices for talent community strategy, CRM campaign execution, and candidate engagement programs.
- Develop audience segmentation, campaign calendars, automated workflows, and lifecycle communications.
- Lead campaign planning, execution, optimization, and performance measurement.
- Continuously test and learn, improving engagement strategies through analytics, A/B testing, and candidate insights.
- Identify new opportunities to leverage CRM capabilities to improve recruiting outcomes and candidate experience.
- Maintain CRM campaign briefs, approved messaging, nurture journey documentation, templates, and performance learnings in a shared repository to support consistency, reuse, and visibility across Talent Acquisition partners.
Employer Brand Partnership
- Partner closely with the Employer Brand team to define enterprise talent engagement campaigns, messaging, and candidate experiences.
- Develop CRM campaign content, messaging and candidate communications that align with Advocate Health’s employer brand, voice, and creative standards.
- Translate employer brand strategy into personalized, relevant candidate experiences across the talent lifecycle.
Innovation & Experience Partnership
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition Innovation & Experience team, which owns CRM platform administration, technical configuration and system integrations.
- Collaborate to identify opportunities for automation, personalization, reporting, roadmap priorities, user adoption, and process improvements.
Measurement & Insights
- Define success metrics for talent engagement initiatives.
- Develop dashboards and executive reporting on talent community growth, campaign performance, engagement, conversion and recruiting outcomes.
- Leverage data and market insights to continuously improve candidate experiences and enterprise talent attraction strategies.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Partner with Talent Acquisition leaders, recruiters, marketing, digital and HR stakeholders to support enterprise hiring priorities.
- Influence without direct authority, building strong partnerships across Talent Attraction, Sourcing, Talent Acquisition Delivery and Enterprise People & Culture teammates.
- Stay current on emerging CRM, candidate engagement and talent marketing trends, bringing innovative ideas to Advocate Health.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Human Resources, or related field.
- Five or more years of experience in recruitment marketing, candidate engagement, CRM strategy, talent attraction, talent acquisition operations, or related disciplines.
- Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to develop compelling, audience-specific content and candidate communications that inspire engagement and reflect Advocate Health’s employer brand.
- Experience collaborating with brand, creative, digital and technology partners to develop and execute integrated candidate engagement campaigns.
- Experience developing nurture campaigns, lifecycle communications, or audience-based engagement strategies that move prospects through a defined journey.
- Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience using CRM or marketing automation platforms.
- Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Healthcare industry experience in talent acquisition, recruitment marketing, or employer branding.
- Experience with Beamery, Avature, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar platforms.
