The role supports the extended team spanning Growth Marketing, Engagement Product Marketing, and Community.

Responsibilities

  • Support planning and execution of engagement product marketing projects

  • Help identify and solve issues that may slow down progress

  • Help implement and improve team processes — not just follow existing ones, but proactively identify opportunities to drive efficiency across the team

  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and bringing structure to loosely defined projects

  • Ability to take ownership of initiatives and drive them through to completion with minimal oversight

  • Experience working cross-functionally with product, marketing, and other partner teams

  • Light technical fluency — comfortable using tools like Jira to collaborate effectively with engineers and product managers
